A one page handwritten pamphlet consist of expressions of
disappointment of the inhuman treatment to Daw Aung San Suu

and plans of the
military not willing to carry out the internationally pressurized
National reconciliation and tripartite discussion and after
closing down NLD
offices and capturing its members, the military's plan of
declaring
unfair to the much supported National League for Democracy.
Moreover, it also express the unsuitability of the suppressive
military
regime to continue, " no developments and changes in
the country
inspite of a decade long military rule", " therefore,
there is only one last
option, the time has come, to come out of the streets to express
boldly

like what we have
done, for the brutal military regime will never come down
unless we
sacrifice" said the resident.

It is reported that the Military authorities are taking preventive
measures by not allowing military personals and family members
to go out of
the military lanes, instead they were given training to handle
if any
uprising occurs.
