If I have to say clearly, there are people who see the change as bad or some as good. Some people think that General Khin Nyunt is being sidelined for getting the PM position.

Some people think that he was promoted to have the tripartite dialogue, to deal with the US pressure and to negotiate with political parties and ethnic nationals within the country. Whatever it is, we hope that the change would herald changes for the better of our country politically, economically and socially.
