The International Campaign for Democracy in Burma (USA) and the
Committee Supporting Internal Movement in Burma call upon all overseas
Burmese and international friends of Burma to remember the six months
anniversary of the Depe'yin black Friday massacre, plotted by the
blood thirsty Generals and brutally carried out by the SPDC thugs.
Hundreds of innocent people were lost their lives on May 30, 2003
and hundreds more were wounded according to eyewitnesses and the
blood stains on the killing field.
The ICDB & CSIM formed by the Ft. Wayne Road Map for Democracy
in Burma Conference will remember the De'peyin massacre victims
on coming November 30 evening at all Burmese communities around
the world by holding candle light vigil, prayer service and gathering
to demand the immediate and unconditional release of Daw Aung San
Suu Kyi and thousands of political prisoners inside Burma.
The Washington DC metro area Burmese community together with friends
from Ft. Wayne and New York will gather at the illegal SPDC's Office
( 2300 S Street, NW Washington DC) on
November 28 evening from 3 to 5 pm to remember the De'peyin bloody
Friday and innocent victims.
Please join us by writing letters or call your Congressman and
Senators on November 28 ( November 30th is Sunday) and light up
candles on November 30 night at 8:30 at your house or community
center.
