| Formation of the International
Campaign for Democracy in Burma (Canada)

In order to regionally implement the resolutions of Road Map for
Democracy in Burma Conference held in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and to
take part in the global cooperation, the International Campaign
for Democracy in Burma (Canada) has been formed. Under the leadership
of the National Coalition Government of the Union of Burma (NCGUB)
and the National Council of the Union of Burma (NCUB) and the guideline
of the Coordinating Committee, formed in accordance with the resolution
of the conference, the ICDB (Canada) will work in harmony with ICDB
(USA), ICDB (JAPAN), ICDB (Thailand), ICDB (Aus), ICDB (India),
ICDB (Korea), ICDB (EUs)
The ICDB (Canada) is comprised of

U Aye Kyaw (Vancouver)
U Bush Gulati (Toronto)
U Htay Aung (Vancouver)
U Lwin Oo (Vancouver)
U Myat Thar (Toronto)
U Tun Shwe (Toronto)
U Wanna (Toronto)
U Yaung Ni Oo (Toronto)
The ICDB (Canada) will be eventually expanded with those who will
meet in the following criteria basis:
1. be committed to devoting time and energy.
2. participate in meeting either face-to-face or by phone or online
discussion
3. be able to contribute strategic thinking to the group
4. be able to work with team.
