SUBJECT: SECOND OPEN LETTER TO BO KHIN NYUNT

Even UWSA understands your trick calling National Conference without the wide-range participations of various factions and ethnic groups whether we agree with its statement or not. Do you really think it is a fair plan allowing the parties and minority groups on your side to participate the National Convention on one hand and shutting down the offices, arresting the members and tracking down the movements of NLD and other opposition parties on the other? Such a crook.
In one of your statements last week, the US has responsibility for the development of poverty and prostitutions in Burma because of the economic sanctions. Get real murderous thug, Burma became one of the poorest countries on earth since your “papa” Ne Win’s era due to corruptions, mismanagements and poor economic policy by the military dictatorship rule. The worst prostitution cases and the widespread of its related HIV/AIDS have became major concern for the international community after SPDC self-dubbed itself from SLORC. That was why Daw Aung San Suu Kyi reminded to you guys earlier that the longer you delayed the DIALOGUE the worse the people would suffer poverty, famine and epidemic maladies such as HIV/AIDS.

It is not because of the US’ economic sanctions, you shameless liar, but because of your stupidity with trigger happy nature that still ignore people’s will choosing the party they wanted it to be their government. There is one thing you can do to help the people in Burma - that is, “pack your bag, leave the power and get out of Burma. Applying refugee status in Thailand will give you a sense of hardship how our people in the border areas endures day in and day out.”

We think, EU sticks with your same old tricks. Besides, it is hard to tell that EU’s humanitarian assistance to the regime in Burma is whether a part of its “Carrot and Stick” policy or “Beggar Thy Third-world” with an aim to exploit our natural resources from the uniformed beggars with stone-age mentality. One thing EU has to understand is that for how many years the international community has been helping Burma for HIV/AIDS with it’s climbing numbers of widespreads among the populace today. Like Daw Aung San Suu Kyi has said, no amount of humanitarian aid and assistance can solve social injustices and poverty associating with its related diseases and sufferings unless freedom and democracy are fully restored in Burma by uprooting the dictatorship rule out of Burma. We honestly think that EU should not blame the US not pouring its money into the crook general’s pockets.Regarding your drug complaint to the US, ever since your big-daddy Ne Win’s era, you guys shamelessly have been begging the US’s dollars for drug eradication operations such as “HELL FLOWER OPERATION” “NGA YE PAN OPERATION” in Burmese. In reality, you share the US’s assistance and aid with those drug kingpins like Khun Sa and Wei Hsu Kahn, the US and the world’s most wanted criminals, who are still hiding behind your lawless rule. Plus, everyone knows that you are a hundred percent behind the trafficking of the ecstasy pills, speed pills and YABA pills.

Remember, you have killed the forth graders. You have raped the girls, some of them are children. And, you beat up a woman whose weight is less than ahundred pound. Shame on you and shame on your neighbors who salute such a crook in disguise of a statesman. On the contrary, the dissents and displeasures of people not only in the international community but also in Burma for your oppressions and
gross violations of human rights are getting louder and louder. The eruption of mass retaliations for what you had done to them is imminent. The judgment day for you and your fellow crook generals is knocking on your doors loudly.

Our advise to you is like we have said earlier: if you really want to help the people and the development of Burma – pack your bag, leave the power and get out of Burma.
