Appeal to the Ethnic Democratic Forces.

Dear Ethnic Democratic Forces,

Historic conference known as “ Roadmap for Democracy in Burma” was successfully celebrated in the United States of America (Ft. Wayn, Indiana) on October 11-12, 2003. At the conference there was a unanimous decision to accept Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and NLD as leader to remove the brutal military regime of Burma with any means possible. One is democratic way and the other is armed revolution. Our opinion is to solve the political problems by political means. To meet one another on the table other than on the battlefield.

But the power intoxicated fascist military regime is conceited with some backing from China and ASEAN. India is behaving questionably bias to the junta side also. The whole nation is starving, however, the generals are swimming in the weather gotten from the narco trade. The public is very well aware of the fact that the generals are dollar millionares. The military has half million personal and updating navy and air force with modern equipments and also planning to have a nuclear plant.

The overall picture looks like our enemy got upper hand. They do the offensive and we are the defensive because they have “power” illegally robbed from the people. Using ambassadors and diplomacy the regime is using all kinds of tricks to hoodwink the international family of nations.

To use the layman language they are up on the golden throne we are in the dog ladder steps. Whenever suggested for (Bi-partite)(tri-partite) dialogue the cunning regime gave lame excuses via: it is too early, only the army can bring peace and prosperity, it will take time for democracy etc etc. All forms of lies are being used. SPDC always use the words “ Lay down your arms”. As of now we are not in a position to occupy any strategic places, positions. Even we cannot occupy (Myawaddy) that lies in our inner circle. Only when we can have some geographical position under our jurisdictions the enemy will come to the table for dialogue.

Therefore people who are in the third countries viz: Student democratic forces, multi ethnic forces, veterans etc should come to the realization that finding peaceful solution is entirely out of question right now. It will be just a wishful thinking.

Because of our leadership and command many of our comrades have donated their lives and limbs and have become handicap. So long as we are breathing, our sole responsibility is to fight for freedom, democracy and liberation of our people.

Dear Ethnic Democratic comrades,

We are beckoning to all freedom fighters, students, and ethnic groups to come together to repel the regime. The martyrs who had gone before us are also calling and waiting for us. The above ground people of Burma are also waiting for us with great anticipation and expectation. We are here in the third countries not because we are afraid of the regime but because of the fact, that we would like our children to get modern education. Now we have done that and we are now ready to challenge once again to our arch enemy. Hereby we urge earnestly for you to join forces. We will surely replace the dictators with people’s elected government. People’s democracy with federal union must come to fruition. Please hastily report to NCUB armed wing DAB column for action.

I am going back to where I come from. I will report to Democratic Alliance of Burma Army (DAB) army. If any one likes to join me please contact with email or phone.
