Re: A Peaceful Rally For Free Daw Aung San Suu Kyi's and Free Burma
We would like to inform you that All Burmese Democratic Forces
in United States is holding a peaceful rally on June 9, 2003, in
New York City, New York. The rally will be dispatched from the Burmese
Consulate to the United Nations.
As you might aware of current situation in Burma, Daw Aung San
Suu Skyi is severely injured and the rest of her loyal colleagues
and supporters are missing. No one knows where Daw Aung San Suu
Kyi is at this very moment, except mastermind General Than Shwe
and his followers.
Burmese Democratic Forces in the United States would like to call
an end of such human rights violations, and to be securer of Daw
Aung San Suu Kyi and her loyal supporters, allowing freedom of expressions
and movement in Burma.
Therefore, Burmese Democratic Forces in the United States would
like to ask you earnestly to join this peaceful rally. Your voices
and moral support is important for free Burma.
Be prepared for a peaceful march down to 42 St. from 77 St. on
2nd Ave.
